Gill on the Hill is a photo blog of life in an historic brothel in the Sequoia National Forest. Designed by Irving Gill in 1908 and lost to the Gill community until 1998, this home was a brothel in the 20s and abandoned twice. It housed drug runners, a reform home for boys, religious retreaters, and finally, us.
This site brings together feeds about the house itself on the house blog but increasingly focuses on what is going on in our kitchen.
